modifier_just_scheming_less
Holding Back (modifier ID modifier_just_scheming_less) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Phase Length 20 days slower per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Justice and Secrecy (event intrigue_scheme_ongoing.3001). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_generic_scheme_modifiers.txt.
