Common Interests (modifier ID lifestyle_common_interests_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Phase Length 10 days faster per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Strategic Interests (event diplomatic_scheme_lifestyle.1001). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_befriend_scheme_modifiers.txt.
