Stigmatic (modifier ID legend_stigmatic) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legends of the Dead files. It gives Monthly Piety +25%, Clergy Opinion +15, Zealot Vassal Opinion +15. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Besmirched (event legend_spread_events.5020). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/06_ce1_modifiers.txt.
