Interpreter (modifier ID interpreter_option_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Tours and Tournaments files. It gives Learning +1, Learn Language Phase Length 40 days faster per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Peculiar Accent (event cultural_festival.4000). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/04_ep2_modifiers.txt.
