Hopeless Romantic (modifier ID hopeless_romantic_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Romance Phase Length 10 days faster per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Always On My Mind (event childhood.1010). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_romance_character_modifiers.txt.
