Hearty Diet (modifier ID feast_hearty_diet_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Health +1. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Garum! (event feast_default.5005). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_activity_feast_modifiers.txt.
