Better Feared (modifier ID dread_spouse_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Khans of the Steppe files. It gives Dread Decay -50%, Fertility -10%, Attraction Opinion -5, Spouse Opinion -15. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Dreaded One (event nomad_events.0170). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/09_mpo_modifiers_veronica.txt.
