Devotion (modifier ID courting_devotion) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Success Chance +10%. The script puts it on a scheme. 2 places in the game's script add it, among them Romance: The Request (event court_ongoing.1211) and Romance: The Request (event court_ongoing.1221).
