Cortes (modifier ID cortes_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the The Fate of Iberia files. It gives Republic Vassal Opinion +10, Republican Vassal Tax Contribution +20%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Assembling the Cortes (event fp2_yearly.8001). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/03_dlc_fp2_modifiers.txt.
