Increased Responsiblity (modifier ID claim_throne_increased_responsibility) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Success Chance +20%. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Earned Authority (event claim_throne_ongoing.1002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_claim_throne_modifiers.txt.
