This character's legend has been embraced enthusiastically by the commoners of their realm, greatly easing the speed with which it spreads. Men travel from tavern to tavern sharing the legend.

Local Legends (modifier ID ce1_legendary_taverns) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legends of the Dead files. It gives Legend Spread Chance +25%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: The Greatest Hero (event tour_travel.9040). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/06_ce1_modifiers.txt.
