Broaden Horizons (modifier ID broadened_horizons_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Tours and Tournaments files. It gives Different Faith Opinion +10, Religious Vassal Opinion -5. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Dangerous Interests (event travel_events.3040). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_ep2_travel_modifiers.txt.
