This character has recently been overreacting to birds. Even a slight chirping or cawing outside seems enough to throw them into a rage.

Bird Cruelty (modifier ID bird_cruelty) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Wards and Wardens files. It gives Courtier and Guest Opinion -5. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Mental Break: A Visitor (event stress_threshold.2360). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/05_bp2_modifiers.txt.
