Slanderous Rumors (modifier ID befriend_slanderous_rumors_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Phase Length 5 days slower per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Befriend: Hindering Relations (event befriend_ongoing.9100). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_befriend_scheme_modifiers.txt.
