Ruthless Leveraging (modifier ID agent_events_3001_pushed_positive_relation_hard_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Success Chance +10%, Scheme success chance max +10%, Scheme Phase Length 10 days faster per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Burning at Both Ends (event agent_events.3001). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_scheme_modifiers.txt.
