Chancellor Isolating Factions (modifier ID ach_chancellor_isolating_factions_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Coronations files. It gives Direct Vassal Opinion +5, Parochial Vassal Opinion +5. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: The Rat-Heap (event ach_yearly_events.1002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_ach_modifiers.txt.
