Mitigate Withering Mind

While it's not possible to prevent Withering Mind from progressing, you can slow it down by:
• Having Friends (the more, the better)
• Having Lovers (the more, the better)
• Keeping your Stress low
• Having the Family Hierarch or Seducer Traits
• Traveling and partaking in Activities
Many of these factors also reduce the chance of getting the Trait in the first place.
