Compromise Phase

Whether through sickness with the strife of the Hostility Phase or deft escalation during the Conciliation Phase, the Compromise Phase represents a growing accommodation between the peoples of Iberia. Differences fall by the wayside and shared history and heritage binds former foes together.
The peninsula stands at a cross-roads: if conflicts reappear, then the Opportunity Phase awaits.

Compromise Phase is an entry of Crusader Kings III's in-game encyclopedia (The Fate of Iberia). The game explains it: "Whether through sickness with the strife of the Hostility Phase or deft escalation during the Conciliation Phase, the Compromise Phase represents a growing accommodation between the peoples of Iberia."
