Game concept

Regency Succession Score

From the game's encyclopedia

In a Regency, the next Regent is picked based on which candidate has the highest Regency Succession Score.

If the Ruler of the Realm designates a Regent, they will override the succession order and be chosen instead.

This favors Characters related to the Ruler, especially landless Family at their Court and the politically savvy.
