A project is something an Inspired Character undertakes with the help of a Sponsor to realize their vision, normally in the form of creating an Artifact.

Project is an entry of Crusader Kings III's in-game encyclopedia. The game explains it: "A project is something an Inspired Character undertakes with the help of a Sponsor to realize their vision, normally in the form of creating an Artifact."
