An Owned Legend is a Legend owned by a Ruler, who is the main beneficiary of its effects.
The owner of a Legend can be its Legend Protagonist, but it's not necessary.
A Legend can also be supported by Legend Promoters, who pay a monthly contribution to also get part of its bonuses.
