Manipulation is a form of Hook where you have managed to manipulate the mind of another character in some way in order to get them to do your will.

Manipulation is an entry of Crusader Kings III's in-game encyclopedia. The game explains it: "Manipulation is a form of Hook where you have managed to manipulate the mind of another character in some way in order to get them to do your will." It is part of Hook.
