Loot

From the game's encyclopedia

If a Holding is Raided, Occupied in a Siege, or engaged in Bartering, the attacker or Barterer will get an amount of Gold equal to the Loot. The more prosperous a Holding is, the more Loot it will have.

A Holding which has been Raided, Sieged, or Bartered with recently will not have any Loot.
