Game concept
Garrison Reinforcement Rate
From the game's encyclopedia
The Garrison Reinforcement Rate of a Fortified Holding defines how fast the Garrison recovers after losing a Siege.
Every month, the Garrison will regain a percentage of its maximal capacity equal to the current rate. It can be increased by upgrading the Holding.
During a Siege however, the reinforcement is frozen and the rate set to 0.
