Cautious

A Cautious Ruler wants to be prepared for War to be declared upon them. They are somewhat averse to declaring offensive Wars, instead preferring a slow buildup. They keep a buffer of Gold to help defend themselves, and invest into Buildings and Men-at-Arms to help them feel safe.
Cautious rulers are less likely to create and promote Legends.
Reserved and careful Rulers tend to be Cautious.
Common Traits include Patient, Calm, Craven, Paranoid, and Content. They will never be Fickle.
