Government
Clan
Clan is a government type in Crusader Kings III; its rulers hold castle holdings. Its laws: Crown Authority. Patch 1.20.0.3, from game/common/governments/00_government_types.txt.
Clans are a Government Form in which the amount of Levies and Taxes given to a Liege by their Vassals is determined by the Aptitude of said Liege's Tax Collector. Clans also make use of House Unity.
The clan is united by kinship — either by blood or a shared relation with a symbolic ancestor. A clan leader relies heavily on the support of the clan. United, they are a strength to be reckoned with, but a discontent clan withers from within.
