Equal is a gender law in Crusader Kings III: Men and women are equal in succession. Passing it costs 500 prestige before modifiers. Patch 1.20.0.3, from game/common/laws/00_succession_laws.txt.

All Rulers can have Concubines or multiple Spouses if their Faith has the Doctrine Concubines or Doctrine Polygamy Doctrine
