Adopting it costs 2,000 prestige before modifiers. It changes what Gray Eminence, Virtuoso Arbitrator, Midas Touched, Golden Sovereign, Brilliant Strategist, Exalted Warlord, Mastermind Philosopher and Erudite Oracle do. 2 cultures start with it, among them Oriya and Tai. Patch 1.20.0.3, from game/common/culture/traditions/00_regional_traditions.txt.
This culture venerates elephants, likening them to royalty. They are masterful at capturing them, training them, and using them for devastating effect in war.
