tradition_stratified_societyThere are those who are born to lead, and then there are those who are born to serve. In a Stratified Society, the reality of hereditary privilege often overrides the principles of meritocracy and proximity to power is everything.
Effects
- When reaching the 5th Rank of Merit, every preferred gender Close Family Member below this rank will gain substantial Merit
- Additionally, those same Close Family Members will also be treated as having passed the Local Examination
- When an Independent Ruler marries a Character within the same Realm and shares this Tradition, the Spouse's House Head will gain immense Influence
