Divinum Officium

tenet_divine_liturgy

The sacred liturgy is heaven brought to earth, where we join with angels and saints in eternal worship, crying holy, holy, holy to the Lord of hosts, whose glory fills all creation. Et clamabant alter ad alterum, et dicebant: Sanctus, Sanctus, Sanctus, Dominus Deus exercituum, plena est omnis terra gloria ejus. Divinum Officium Historical Background
